You can create and store as many agendios as you want on agendio.com. We allow this to encourage you to try out different layouts to find the ones that works best for you. However, this has led to a massive number of planners and inserts in our databases, many never purchased and dating back nearly ten years.
We need to revise our policy in order to reduce the number of unwanted agendios that are taking up space unnecessarily.

- We will continue to keep the files for all agendios, purchased or not, created on January 1, 2019 or later.
- We will also continue to keep all files from agendios that were purchased at any time.
- However, we plan to delete any agendios from before January 1, 2019 that have not been purchased or edited in the past 12 months.

- If you have any agendios that fall in this category, and you have looked at or edited them during the past 12 months, then we will keep them for you.
- However, we will delete the files for any agendios from before January 1, 2019 that you have not purchased and not looked at in the past twelve months.

- If you have any files from old unpurchased agendios files that you plan to use in the future, take a few moments to look at them, so we know you have an interest in keeping them.
- If, however, you created some agendios years ago that you never purchased, and you don't care about them anymore, then there is no need to do anything and they will simply be deleted.
